Primal Pole focuses on strength, flexibility, technique and finesse. In our Pole class you will get a fun, creative full body workout and this will quickly help to create a stronger and drastically more confident version of you!

In this class you will learn some of the progressions from the beginners term and some more advanced skill work on the pole. We will work on more difficult combos and moves and take your skill up a notch!
This of course will require a little bit more strength And skill and if you are looking for these we have you covered with our aerial conditioning class and beginners Term.

Sexy, sensual pole at its finest. All levels.
Come & unleash the fire in you and learn Mrs primals signature style heels choreography.
We will work on heels technique, sensual flow, sassy jiggles & choreography in this class.
Knee pads & pole dancing heels required.

Friends with the floor
In this class we will work on floor work skills, combinations & routines. All levels.
These can be applied to pole or aerial routines as well as stand alone. Great for those who want to learn something unique in the dance world & enjoy a fun filled class!
