A definition of strength conditioning is the physical and physiological development of athletes in sports performance but its more than that.

 

Strength Conditioning can be applied  to anyone, in-fact it should be, and is probably one of the best ways for human beings to exercise today. 

 

Strength Conditioning at its core is the very fundamental  movements a human is designed to do, this is one of the reasons why it improves athletes performance.

This is why Strength Conditioning is at the very heart of  Primal Edens movement philosophy because it is the fundamental fabric that holds all larger more complex movement patters together that we see as sports we know and love.
